Raising the White Flag

raising the white flag

Hi, all. So, yes, as usual, I am swamped.

I’m taking six classes (my normal is 4) in order to graduate in May, except two of those have to be done by March 24th since they’re online classes and I can’t have outstanding online/extension courses past the deadline to graduate. I’m also working part-time at an office in order to pay the bills. I’m also planning my May wedding, which any girl knows is distracting to say the least (guys just don’t seem to get this, heh).

As much as I like posting on the site, four hours of sleep has become the norm and my sanity has been in question. My #1 priority right now is graduating in May since it’s what everything else depends on. As soon as the two online courses are finished, I should be in the clear, but until then I’m forced to focus on the lessons instead of the site.

I’m sad to say you likely won’t hear from me much in the next two months. Feel free to email me if you have any questions or if you just want to say hi.

Thanks in advance for your understanding,

mysig

Wow. Your life sounds like mine. I’m pushing out four night classes (eight weeks each) in order to graduate in May, working part time at a retail store to make ends meet and planning a June wedding.

Best of luck finishing up, Tracy. I just hope you post pictures or provide a live webcam feed of your wedding since I doubt you’ll be inviting us! :P

I bet I could work a picture feed into my day ^_^.

Emily - that does sound eerily similar!

Whew! That’s a very busy schedule Tracy. Hope it all goes well. Take all the time you need. And I second the pictures suggestion. A live feed may be going too far. :)

And good luck to you too Emily.

May God help you keep all the plates spinning and may your four hours be all REM sleep. I don’t envy this time for you but I hope the guy knows just how lucky he is to have someone with your sort or drive.

Can you come give my wife some pointers on time management? With a full time job, 10 hours of school, and two rugrats I have all to my self three days a week before work, I think I still do 75% of the housework(I’m a world of warcraft widower…) :(

  7. Tracy Hooten Says:

Awe, poor shawn. I’ve heard of the WoW widowers and widows. Sounds like you’re not too bad on time management yourself!

Alan - heh, thanks! That’s sweet!

archiwiz - Picture stream it is!

We had our reception at Avery Ranch, if you know where that is. The clubhouse at the golf course was pretty reasonable for as nice as it was. Vintage Villas out on the lake is where two different friends of ours have had their ceremony and reception. I’m guessing thats all picked out already though.

    Good Morning Tracy,

I know you are very buzy right now. Ken Hinckley just sent us a little gift yesterday. As a Tablet PC enthusiast, you should try it out this weekend. Who know it may help assist your works. It’s worth it!

It’s called inkseine you can find it in GBM.
